At Challahrado Hearth, we bring to you our best shot at the challah of the 1970s Upper West Side.
The hands behind Challahrado Hearth belong to Luisa Hagemeier, an ex-New Yorker who is ecstatic to call Denver home. After practicing law for 25 years, Luisa traded in the courtroom for culinary school and some fantastic bakery kitchens, and she has never looked back.
