High Holidays Pre-ordering: One Dozen Taschen

Taschen, also known at the Jewish holiday of Purim as hamantaschen, are rich buttery, perfectly sweet pastry triangles filled with your choice of raspberry, apricot, prune, poppyseed, nutella, almond-apricot or almond-raspberry. They are all amazing!!

For High Holidays Pre-ordering:
  • Pick up for Rosh Hashanah is September 15th after 2 pm at the Denver JCC.
  • Pick up for Yom Kippur is September 22nd after 2pm at the Denver JCC

  • Ingredients

    all-purpose flour, unsalted butter, sugar, cream cheese, egg yolks, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder 

    • Apricot: dried apricots, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, salt (almond-apricot also contains marzipan, slice almonds); 
    • Nutella:  Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread; 
    • Poppyseed: Solo pastry filling; 
    • Prune: dried prunes, orange juice, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract, ground cloves; 
    • Raspberry: Darbo raspberry bakery jam (almond-raspberry also contains marzipan, sliced almonds)
